Foodnamoo has decided on a third-party allocation capital increase of approximately 20 billion won and is moving to secure operating funds in earnest.

According to Foodnamoo on the 6th, following a board resolution, the company decided to newly issue 8,196,721 common shares through a third-party allocation. The total amount expected to be raised through this capital increase is 19,999,992,400 won, and the total number of issued shares prior to the increase is 35,459,751.

The subscriber for the new shares is 'Newcadream No. 1 Investment Fund.' The company stated, "They were selected by the board considering the achievement of management objectives, swift fundraising, timing, and other factors."

The new share issue price per share is 2,440 won. This amount was calculated by applying a 10% discount rate to the base share price of 2,711 won (2,710.15 won rounded up to the nearest won).

The payment date for the new shares is August 4, 2026, and they are scheduled to be newly listed on August 24 of the same year. The newly issued shares will be deposited with the Korea Securities Depository and must be held for one year from the date of deposit.

The funds raised this time will be used entirely as operating funds. Specifically, they will be allocated to raw material purchases and labor costs, with plans to disburse 10 billion won each in 2026 and 2027.
