Ilseong Construction announced in a regulatory filing on the 6th that it has signed a contract with Samsung Electronics for construction and communication works at the Buae-dong Group 2 in Pyeongtaek Campus 2, located in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.

The contract amount is 45,118 million won. This accounts for 9.96% of Ilseong Construction's most recent consolidated revenue of 452,672,899,287 won as of the end of 2025.

Resource Recovery Center and Other Facilities to Be Built at Pyeongtaek Campus 2

This project involves constructing a resource recovery center, a grease separator, and a disaster prevention center with a total floor area of 2,774 pyeong (three buildings) at the Buae-dong Group 2 of Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek Campus 2. The construction period runs from July 3, 2026 to October 31, 2027. Payments will be billed and made progressively as construction proceeds, with no contract deposit or advance payment.

The company stated that the key contract terms will be finalized based on the client's budget and other factors, and that the construction period and contract amount may be subject to change in accordance with the provisions of the construction contract.
