Raontech announced in a regulatory filing on the 6th that it has signed an FLCoS microdisplay development contract with an overseas smart glass component company. The total contract amount is 4.6191 billion won (USD 3 million), equivalent to 52.81% of its most recent revenue (8.746267801 billion won) as of the end of 2025.

The contract consists of a confirmed amount of 3.0794 billion won (USD 2 million) and a conditional amount of 1.5397 billion won (USD 1 million). The Korean won conversion was calculated using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's initial base exchange rate (1,539.70 won per dollar) on the contract date of July 6, 2026. The sales and supply region is overseas.

The counterparty was disclosed only as an 'overseas smart glass component company' in accordance with a request to protect trade secrets. The contract period runs from July 1, 2026 to September 1, 2027, with contract and advance payments to be made, and the remittance to be transferred 30 days after the contract conditions are met.

The end date reflects the expected date of receiving the final balance upon fulfillment of the final conditions and may change subject to mutual agreement between the two companies. The company stated that it kept the key details confidential at the counterparty's request for trade secret protection, and that the contract amount and period may be modified by mutual agreement during the future process.
