Cielabs has signed a 315.1 billion won AI computing supply contract with Samsung SDS. This is a mega-contract amounting to a staggering 3,067% of last year's revenue.

Cielabs announced in a regulatory filing on the 7th that it has signed a supply contract with Samsung SDS for the 'AI Computing Resource Utilization Infrastructure Enhancement Project.'

■ Contract Amount... Exceeds 30 Times Revenue The contract amount is 315,128,013,054 won (excluding value-added tax). This contract scale represents 3,067.74% of Cielabs' most recent consolidated revenue of 10,272,325,111 won based on fiscal year 2025.

The contracting party is Samsung SDS, and the contract region is domestic. The supply method will proceed through outsourced production. The contract payment will be made in installments: 50% advance payment, 30% interim payment, and 20% final payment.

■ Contract Period from July 2026 to December 2031 The contract period runs from July 7, 2026, to December 31, 2031.

Regarding this contract, the company stated, 'The contract details may change depending on progress and negotiations.' It also explained that the contract amount excludes value-added tax, and the most recent revenue figures for both companies are based on consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025.

■ Exchange Suspends Trading of Cielabs Shares Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange temporarily suspended trading of Cielabs common shares from 5:42 p.m. on the 7th until market close, in connection with the single sale/supply contract disclosure. This measure was taken in accordance with KOSDAQ market disclosure regulations.
