[Contract Overview and Scale] The exact contract amount is 190,178,169,481 won, representing 6.5% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue (2,931,648,581,449 won) based on 2025 figures. The company explained that the amount was calculated based on USD 124,153,394.36, applying the initial quoted exchange rate of 1,531.80 won per dollar on the filing date (July 7, 2026).

[Supply Period and Region] The supply region is the United States, and the contract period runs from July 7, 2026, to September 10, 2027. However, the contract end date is based on the final delivery date, and the contract period or amount may be subject to change depending on future consultations with the client and construction progress.

[Payment Terms] This contract does not include any separate deposit or advance payment. Payment will be processed based on the end of the month (EOM) following 75 days after the delivery date, with payment to be made within five days (Delivery date + 75 days + EOM + 5 days).
