DaeDong announced on the 7th through a regulatory filing that it has signed a powertrain supply contract with Turkey's Tumosan Motor ve Traktor Sanayi Anonim Sirketi.

The total value of this contract amounts to 46,537,083,141 won. This represents 3.13% of DaeDong's consolidated revenue for 2025 (1,484,722,098,136 won). The disclosed contract amount is converted from 26,434,165 euros (EUR) using the initial exchange rate (1 euro = 1,760.49 won) published on the contract date of July 6, 2026.

The supply items are powertrains for 45, 50, and 57 horsepower (HP) tractors. The contract period runs from July 6, 2026, to July 5, 2031, with a total validity of five years, after which it will be automatically renewed on an annual basis. However, the actual contract amount and period may be subject to change depending on future business progress and mutual agreement between the two companies.

Under the payment terms, 30% of the contract value will be paid in advance as a deposit. The remaining 70% will be settled within 90 days from the FOB shipment date or the date of issuance of the bill of lading (B/L).
