Lasercell announced on the 7th that it recently signed a 1.79 billion KRW semiconductor equipment supply contract with a domestic global semiconductor-related substrate manufacturer.

The details of the contract are as follows.

• Contract Amount: 1,790,000,000 KRW (excluding VAT)
• Percentage of Revenue: Accounts for 38.21% of recent revenue (4,684,448,307 KRW) based on the 2025 consolidated financial statements
• Contract Period: July 6, 2026 – March 31, 2027
• Order Date (P/O Receipt Date): July 6, 2026
• Supply Region: South Korea

Payment terms stipulate that 50% of the contract amount will be paid as a deposit within 30 days of the order, and the remaining 50% balance will be paid within 60 days of equipment delivery and inspection completion. Lasercell plans to manufacture and supply the equipment in-house.

However, the counterparty has agreed to keep certain contract details, including its company name, confidential until March 31, 2027, citing trade secret protection.

The company stated that the contract end date may change depending on the delivery and inspection schedule. It also advised investors to invest carefully, taking into account the possibility of contract modifications or cancellations.
