Neosem will supply CLT Memory Testers worth 8.6 billion won to Samsung Electronics.

Neosem announced in a regulatory filing on the 8th that it has signed a supply contract with Samsung Electronics, with South Korea as the designated supply region. Delivery will be carried out through a combination of in-house and outsourced production.

The contract period runs from July 7, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Payment terms stipulate 100% payment upon product supply, with no separate deposit or advance payment.

The total contract amount is 8.6 billion won (8,600,000,000 won), excluding value-added tax. This figure equates to 13.5% of Neosem's most recent consolidated revenue for 2025 (63,936,752,061 won).

The company explained, "The revenue basis for this contract follows the 2025 consolidated financial statements," and added, "The contract (order) date was calculated based on July 7, 2026, when the purchase order (PO) was received."
