HLB (028300) announced in a regulatory filing on the 8th that it will hold an investor relations (IR) session targeting major overseas institutional investors.

This IR will take place in Hong Kong and Singapore from July 9 to 15, running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time.

According to the filing, the event was organized to enhance overseas institutional investors' understanding of the company and ultimately improve corporate value.

The session will be conducted in the form of an NDR (Non-Deal Roadshow). HLB plans to provide detailed explanations of its key business operations and hold a Q&A session with investors.

Meanwhile, the sponsor of this IR is Jefferies Securities Seoul Branch, and the event was finalized on July 8.
