The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced via a safety alert message that a heavy rain warning was issued for Seongnam City and the northeastern Yongin area in Gyeonggi Province at 12:30 p.m. on the 9th.

Through the alert message, the ministry strongly urged the public to refrain from entering hazardous areas such as riverbanks, valleys, steep slopes, and agricultural waterways.
