On the morning of the 9th, as a heavy rain warning went into effect in Siheung City, Gyeonggi Province, road flooding damage has occurred, requiring special caution from citizens. Relevant authorities have urged people to refrain from entering hazardous areas in preparation for safety accidents and to thoroughly check official guidance.

Heavy Rain Warning Issued and Evacuation Advisory The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced through a disaster safety text message at 11:11 a.m. that a heavy rain warning had been issued for Siheung City. The ministry informed citizens, "Do not enter hazardous areas such as near rivers, valleys, steep slopes, and agricultural waterways, and evacuate immediately if you receive an evacuation advisory."

Roads Flooded in Both Directions at Anhyeon Intersection Subsequently, Siheung City also sent an additional disaster text message at 11:13 a.m. The city reported the traffic control situation, stating, "Due to road flooding in both directions at the Anhyeon Intersection (Eunhaeng~Maehwa) caused by the current heavy rain, vehicles are advised to take alternate routes."
