Kolon Global announced on the 9th that it has signed a contract with Samsung Electronics for the "Pyeongtaek Phase 2 Auxiliary Building Group 1 Construction Project," worth 84.132 billion won (excluding value-added tax).

This contract amount accounts for 3.13% of Kolon Global's most recent consolidated revenue (2.684430963154 trillion won) as of the end of 2025.

The project covers the site near Office Building 6 in Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek Campus Phase 2, involving the construction of an auxiliary building. The contract period runs from July 8, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with a construction period of approximately 18 months from the commencement date.

Payments will be made on a progress-based basis, with no down payment or advance payment. Kolon Global stated that the contract amount, contract period, commencement date, and other details may be subject to change depending on future construction progress.
