Nature Cell (007390) is continuing its sharp upward trend as the Volatility Interruption (VI) mechanism was triggered consecutively during the trading session.

According to the Korea Exchange on the 9th, Nature Cell had its first static VI triggered at 10:02:16 a.m., followed by a second static VI at 10:12:25 a.m. The first VI was lifted at 10:04:18 a.m., but the stock price surged again, triggering a second VI.

As of 10:14 a.m., Nature Cell is trading at 27,850 won, up 6,100 won (28.04%) from the previous trading day. It is recording an intraday gain of nearly 30%, reflecting strong inflows of buying interest.

The consecutive VI triggers signal a significant expansion in short-term stock price volatility. To ensure trading stability for investors, single-price trading is applied for a certain period before general trading resumes.

The market is closely watching whether Nature Cell can sustain its sharp upward momentum even after the VI is lifted. At the same time, the KOSDAQ index, which includes Nature Cell, is also showing strength.
