The group (G)I-DLE has proven their explosive popularity by successfully wrapping up the first week of their comeback activities following the release of their 9th mini album, 'We made.'
Having released their new album on the 6th, (G)I-DLE kicked off their comeback starting with Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 9th, showcasing successive performances of their title track, 'Gimme Dat Love.'
Dazzling Stages and Variety Show Appearances
In particular, on the 11th, they drew attention by making a surprise guest appearance at 'PSY's Summer Swag 2026 - Incheon' held at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The group heated up the crowd by performing a medley of their hit songs, including 'TOMBOY,' 'Queencard,' and 'I Hate Being Sick,' as well as their new track.
For this comeback, the members delivered highly polished performances. During the stage of the pre-release track 'Crow,' they paired the traditional Korean headwear 'gat' with all-black styling to create a striking atmosphere, while the title track stage revealed a more mature charm. Alongside this, they continued to actively engage with fans by appearing on various variety shows and web content, including SBS's 'Running Man' and JTBC's 'Knowing Bros.'
Sweeping Domestic and International Music Charts
Their achievements on global music charts are also notable. The new track 'Gimme Dat Love' ranked No.1 on Bugs' real-time chart, a major domestic music chart, while the B-side tracks 'Crow,' 'Morning,' and 'Love Is Pain' also entered the upper ranks of the charts together.
They showed a dominant pace on international charts as well. The track took No.1 across various charts, including China's Tencent Music Korea Chart, the Global K-Chart TME category, Japan's iTunes K-Pop Album Chart, and China's QQ Music Digital Best Seller daily and weekly charts. Additionally, it showed a steep upward trend on major global platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.
Having successfully wrapped up the first week of their comeback activities, (G)I-DLE plans to continue their second week of comeback promotions through various broadcasts and content this week.
