'The Genius: Blood Game X' is a high-end survival variety show where participants compete for survival under complex rules and meticulous design. In the third episode, Lee Sang-min participated in the second Money Challenge and led Team P1. He formed a team with Season 1 contestants Jung Keun-woo, Park Ji-min, and Lee Tae-gyun, engaging in a fierce psychological battle during the Death Match member selection process. When Lee Tae-gyun, Lee Kwan-hee, and Kwak Beom returned to the game, he welcomed them warmly, demonstrating his qualities as a reliable elder figure.

This Money Challenge was conducted as a brain game format in which participants had to identify cause-and-effect relationships. After familiarizing himself with the rules, Lee held a strategy meeting with his teammates and showed strong confidence, saying, "I love things like this. It's what I'm best at. This is mine." He quickly grasped the rule that allowed for increased question time and continued his sharp play by even predicting the opposing team's strategy. When Park Ji-min expressed concern about the increased question time, Lee analyzed the opponents' movements precisely, saying, "The more questions someone asks, the more time keeps increasing for them. They'll definitely split up the questions too."

Lee devised detailed tactics with Lee Tae-gyun, dividing up their roles. He seized additional question opportunities by taking advantage of the fact that the opposing team was not paying close attention to a specific player's movements. Prioritizing the acquisition of accurate information over time reduction, he meticulously crafted a strategy for victory. In the second round, he obtained a decisive clue from Team C's Kim Kyung-hoon and went on to discover new, game-changing information, turning the tide of the game.

Following the broadcast, viewers reacted positively to Lee's brain play and strategy, leaving enthusiastic reviews and cheering for Team P1.

Meanwhile, the Wavve original 'The Genius: Blood Game X' ranked first in the series' history in terms of driving new paid subscriptions to Wavve during its premiere week, and also took the top spot in total viewing time and viewer count across the entire platform. New episodes are released every Friday at 11:00 AM on Wavve.
