Cosess announced on the 13th that it has signed a supply contract worth 150.42 billion won with the U.S.-based Bloom Energy Corporation for automated electrode cell equipment for AI servers.
The contract amount represents a large-scale order equivalent to approximately 183% of Cosess's 2025 consolidated revenue (82.37916 billion won). The products to be supplied are automated electrode cell equipment for AI servers, and the delivery destination is the United States. The contract will be signed on July 10, 2026, with a contract period running through October 29 of the same year.
The contract amount is set at USD 100,000,000, converted to Korean won using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage median rate of 1,504.20 won per dollar as of July 10, 2026. The payment terms are as follows: 30% upon purchase order (PO); 40% upon completion of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT); 20% upon completion of Site Acceptance Test (SAT); and 10% upon Final Acceptance.
The counterparty, Bloom Energy, is a company primarily engaged in the design, manufacture, sale, and installation of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). The two companies have a track record of executing similar contracts within the past three years, although they are not currently in a special relationship.
Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange announced that, in connection with this single sale and supply contract disclosure, trading of Cosess common shares will be suspended for 30 minutes starting from 9:53 a.m. on the 13th. After trading resumes, the stock price will be determined through a single-price auction method for 10 minutes.
