Eugene Technology will carry out a 20% bonus issue to enhance shareholder value.

According to a regulatory filing on the 13th, Eugene Technology has decided to issue 1,371,259 new common shares to be distributed to existing shareholders. This bonus issue targets shareholders registered on the shareholder registry excluding treasury shares, and will be carried out by allocating 0.2 shares for each existing share held.

• Expected listing date for new shares: August 25, 2026

Prior to the capital increase, Eugene Technology's total issued shares stood at 6,928,151 shares. With 1,371,259 new shares issued through this bonus issue, the total number of issued shares will increase to 8,299,410 shares. The actual floating shares, excluding treasury shares, will also expand from 6,856,295 to 8,227,554 shares.

On the financial statements, the funds for the bonus issue will be secured by transferring 685,629,500 won from capital reserves (share premium) to capital. For fractional shares of less than one share, cash payments will be made based on the closing price on the first day of trading of the new shares.

Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange will suspend trading of Eugene Technology's common shares for 30 minutes starting at 11:47 AM to prevent market confusion following the bonus issue disclosure. After trading resumes, a single-price auction method will be applied for 10 minutes to determine the new price.
