Vinatex announced on the 13th through a regulatory filing that it has signed a supply contract for data center supercapacitors with ACBEL POLYTECH INC., a Taiwan-based power supply device specialist.

The total value of this contract is 38,361,874,110 won. This amounts to 46.65% of Vinatex's most recent consolidated revenue for 2025 (8,222,890,5,359 won).

The products to be supplied are data center supercapacitors destined for Taiwan. The contract period runs from July 10, 2026 (order receipt and award date) to March 15, 2027. There is no separate contract deposit or advance payment, and production will be carried out through an outsourced manufacturing method via Vinatex's overseas subsidiary.

The company explained that the contract amount was converted based on USD 25,454,100. It was calculated in Korean won by applying the initial quoted exchange rate (base rate) of 1,507.10 won from the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage as of July 13, 2026.

Meanwhile, the recent revenue of the contracting party, ACBEL POLYTECH INC., was identified at 1,488,936,893,730 won. The two companies already have a track record of successfully executing similar contracts over the past three years.
