It also applied research outcomes to its services, including improvements in article readability based on its own CMS, reader analysis, and infographic generation. In particular, its patent for a content provision system for individuals with color vision deficiencies, which significantly improved information accessibility, was cited as a major factor in the award.

The Media Innovation Excellence Award went to Digital Today, which significantly increased its monthly page views and readership within three years through the introduction of an AI-based editing system. The Media Social Responsibility Excellence Award was given to Hanyang Economy, which continuously highlighted the lives of the socially vulnerable and the retired generation.
