Ahn-Gook Pharm has decided to invest approximately 48.5 billion KRW in a plant expansion to increase its production capacity.

According to a regulatory filing on the 14th, Ahn-Gook Pharm will invest 48,480 million KRW in expanding its existing plant located at 40, Jejakgongdan 1-gil, Hyangnam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province. This amount accounts for 29.15% of the company's consolidated equity capital of 166,289,461,041 KRW as of the end of 2025.

Construction is scheduled to begin on July 14, 2026, with a target completion date of December 31, 2027. The start date corresponds to the date of the board of directors' resolution, and the end date is the scheduled completion date. Ahn-Gook Pharm stated that the investment amount and timeline may change depending on the progress of future construction and changes in the business environment.

The agenda was approved at the board of directors' meeting held on the same day (July 14, 2026), with one outside director in attendance, while the audit (audit committee member) was absent.
