D&D Pharmatek's research service contract with Pfizer Inc. for the development of an oral peptide obesity treatment formulation has been expanded following an additional order.

According to a regulatory filing on the 14th, the confirmed contract amount increased from the previous KRW 1,832,669,568 to KRW 2,526,578,068. This accounts for 58.79% of the consolidated revenue for the fiscal year ending late 2025 (KRW 4,297,604,947), a significant increase from the previous proportion of 42.64%.

The contract expiration date was also extended from the previous November 30, 2026 to February 29, 2028. The contract start date is April 14, 2026.

The subject of the contract is 'research service related to the development of an oral peptide obesity treatment formulation,' and the counterparty is Pfizer Inc. The sales and supply region is the United States. Payments will be made within 90 days after the completion of each research service item.

The company explained the reason for the correction as a 'change in contract amount due to an additional order from the client.' The contract amount of USD 1,705,534 was converted using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage median rate (1 USD = KRW 1,481.40) as of the contract date (April 15, 2026).

The company stated that the contract period represents the target (expected) schedule, and the actual contract period runs from the contract date until the completion of fee payments. It also added that the contract amount and period may be subject to change depending on the progress of the research work.
