CMES Robotics announced on the 14th that it has signed a delivery contract for robot automation equipment with Seoheung Inc.

The confirmed amount of this contract is USD 1,643,673, which is equivalent to KRW 2,477,179,578 when converted to Korean won. The company explained that the won conversion was calculated using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokers' initially posted exchange rate (1 USD = KRW 1,507.10). This accounts for 18.97% of the company's most recent consolidated revenue of KRW 13,056,154,094 as of the end of 2025.

The contract period runs from July 13, 2026, to February 1, 2027. The end date was calculated based on the expected point in time when contractual obligations are fulfilled and the final payment is received.

• Advance payment of 40%: After contract signing (remittance scheduled for August 10, 2026)
• Interim payment of 50%: To be paid before shipment
• Final payment of 10%: To be paid after completion of test run

Meanwhile, the company stated that the contract amount, contract period, and other details may be subject to change depending on the future progress of the project.
