Girl group H1-KEY has been selected as the official ambassador for the 'IEF 2026 International Esports Festival,' which opens this November.

Their agency, Choi Creative Lab, announced on the 14th that H1-KEY has been appointed as the promotional ambassador for 'IEF 2026,' a large-scale international esports festival hosted by the Korea International Exchange Association.

National Tournament with Participants from Over 10 Countries

The competition will be held as a national tournament featuring delegations from approximately 10 countries this November, following a national youth esports league and national team qualifiers.

H1-KEY has received love from global fans through songs such as 'Rose Blossom Between Buildings' and 'It Was Summer,' singing about confident and healthy youthful dreams and challenges. This ambassadorial appointment came about because their musical direction aligns with the passion of esports and youth athletes, who share challenge and growth as core values.

All-Around Activities Including SNS Campaigns and On-Site Events

As the new face of the competition, H1-KEY is set to lead overall promotional activities, including the production of official promotional content, SNS campaigns, and participation in on-site events.

The group shared their thoughts, saying, "It is an honor to participate as the promotional ambassador for IEF 2026, and we will sincerely cheer on all youth athletes who take on challenges."

An official from the Korea International Exchange Association also named H1-KEY as a symbol of healthy youth, expressing their ambition to make the competition an international festival enjoyed by all generations.

Continuing Active Endeavors Including Waterbomb Seoul 2026

Meanwhile, H1-KEY promoted their activities with the title track 'To My First Love' from their fifth mini-album released this past March, and recently successfully concluded their first fan meeting in Japan. They plan to continue their active endeavors, including taking the stage at 'Waterbomb Seoul 2026' on the 26th.
