Alchera announced in a regulatory filing on the 15th that it has signed a "Data Factory Data Collection" contract worth 2.66 billion won with a global IT company.

The contract amount represents 17.98% of the company's most recent revenue (14.79553783 billion won) based on the consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. This is a meaningful order volume for Alchera and is expected to contribute to improving this year's performance.

■ Counterparty, Period, and Supply Region The contracting counterparty is a global IT company. Alchera stated, "At the request of the counterparty to protect trade secrets, the company name, main business details, and recent revenue will not be disclosed." However, Alchera explained that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with this company over the past three years.

The contract period runs from January 21, 2026 to December 30 of the same year, with the supply region being South Korea. The contract payment will be made in installments—advance payment, interim payment, and final payment—with the balance to be paid upon inspection and approval of the final deliverables.

■ Increased from Initial 1.24 Billion Won to 2.66 Billion Won Alchera provided a detailed explanation of the background behind this disclosure. The company stated, "This contract was initially signed on January 21, 2026, with the contract amount at 1.241 billion won at the time, which fell below the disclosure threshold and was therefore not disclosed." It added, "Subsequently, an amended contract was signed, increasing the contract amount to 2.66 billion won, which met the disclosure threshold, prompting this disclosure."

Additionally, at the counterparty's request, disclosure of related information has been suspended until December 30, 2026. The contract end date is the currently scheduled delivery date, which may be subject to change depending on future progress.
