On the morning of the 15th, Hanmi Semiconductor (042700) surged, triggering the Volatility Interruption (VI) and recovering the 240,000 won level.

According to the Korea Exchange (KRX), Hanmi Semiconductor's VI was triggered at 9:16:20 a.m. that day. Strong buying pressure continued even after the VI was activated. As of 9:18 a.m., Hanmi Semiconductor was trading at 248,000 won, up 40,500 won (19.52%) from the previous trading day, indicating a strong rebound trend in the market.

With trading volume increasing rapidly from the early session and investors' attention focusing on the stock, the market is closely watching whether this trend will continue until the closing bell.

Around the same time, the broader stock market was also surging in tandem. KOSPI rose more than 6%, and KOSDAQ climbed more than 4%. Therefore, investors need to approach the market cautiously while keeping an eye on intraday volatility, disclosures, and changes in supply and demand.
