Singer Kangnam will release his new single "Chicken and Her" at 6 PM today (the 16th) through various online music sites.

"Chicken and Her" is a city pop track produced and co-composed by Kangnam, with broadcaster Gian84 participating in writing the lyrics. The rich band sound blended with retro synths creates a refreshing and sophisticated atmosphere, emotionally capturing the memories of first love that everyone holds dear.

The song has been generating high expectations even before its release, as the two—who previously showcased exceptional chemistry on various entertainment programs—join forces in music.

Kangnam, who has been active as a vocalist, expanded his musical capabilities further with this new track by taking charge of not only the vocals but also the producing and composing.

Since his debut in 2011, Kangnam has been active as a member of the group M.I.B, and has continued his musical endeavors, including participating in OSTs for OTT platforms. He has also showcased his genre-spanning vocal skills through his personal YouTube channel "Neighborhood Friend Kangnami," and recently proved his worth as a talented musician as a cover video surpassed 20 million views.
