The Korea Trot Producers Association will officially launch to lead the globalization of K-trot and the development of the domestic trot industry.

The Korea Trot Producers Association announced that it will hold its inauguration ceremony at 4 p.m. on the 16th at Glad Hotel in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Established by about 50 trot production company executives and planners joining forces, the association sets its core objectives as strengthening mutual cooperation and protecting the rights of producers, as well as building a sustainable industry ecosystem.

At the inauguration ceremony, the association plans to reveal its founding purpose, operational direction, and mid- to long-term vision, and will also announce plans for the highly anticipated '2027 K-Trot Super Concert.' Going forward, the association intends to pursue key initiatives such as improving the production environment, establishing systems to protect producers' rights, and building a cooperative network. Additionally, it plans to expand the foundation of trot culture and further strengthen the competitiveness of K-trot through various projects including performances, events, and content production.

A representative of the Korea Trot Producers Association emphasized, "Producers and planners who love trot have come together to launch this association," adding, "This inauguration ceremony will serve as the starting point for a new leap forward in South Korea's trot industry." They continued, "We aim to foster a healthy industry ecosystem where producers, artists, and fans grow together, and we will continue to carry out various projects and support initiatives to advance K-trot into the global market."

Moving forward, the association will dedicate its full efforts to protecting producers' rights and enhancing industry competitiveness, while expanding domestic and international performance and content businesses to lay a solid foundation for K-trot's overseas expansion.
