The live-action short-form drama "To My Dear Brothers," produced by New Universe, has reached the top of the weekly rankings on ReelShort, a global short-form drama platform.

"To My Dear Brothers" depicts the story of the protagonist Areum, who is wounded by the betrayal of the Sunwoo brothers she trusted like family, but overcomes it and begins a new life. The drama centers on the changing relationship with her brothers, who belatedly realize Areum's absence and feel remorse, aiming to drive immersion and catharsis among female viewers.

The cast features Park Ji-bin as the eldest brother, Yoo Ian as the second brother, and Kim Si-eun as Areum. Park Ji-bin's transformation into an adult actor, having started as a child actor, is also one of the key points of interest in this work.

New Universe is focusing on live-action short-form dramas in line with mobile content consumption trends. The company explained that it is securing competitiveness in both domestic and international markets by strategically utilizing fast-paced development, compelling characters, and hook points in each episode. In addition, the company is actively developing short-form content that incorporates AI technology.
