POSCO Future M has successively signed contracts for cooperative refractory repair work with POSCO at its Pohang and Gwangyang Steelworks. The total contract value amounts to KRW 167.1 billion.

POSCO Future M announced through a regulatory filing on the 16th that it signed two contracts.

The total contract value is KRW 167.126 billion, excluding value-added tax (VAT). Breaking down the details: △ KRW 76.166 billion for cooperative refractory repair work at Pohang Steelworks △ KRW 90.96 billion for cooperative refractory repair work at Gwangyang Steelworks.

The Pohang Steelworks contract amount accounts for 2.6% of revenue (KRW 2.93869818 trillion) based on the consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025. The Gwangyang Steelworks contract amount represents 3.1% of revenue under the same standard.

Both contracts will run from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

The contracting party is an affiliate, POSCO. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be received as the work progresses. The contract date is July 15, 2026.
