The global virtual boy group B THE HOOD is proving overwhelming popularity on YouTube and short-form platforms even before its official debut.

According to its agency LEVVELS, B THE HOOD surpassed 85,000 subscribers on its official YouTube channel in just six weeks since its launch. Additionally, short-form animations and lyric videos featuring the five members—Eon, Jace, PER B, Kyryu, and Luan—have surpassed a cumulative 5 million views, drawing enthusiastic responses from global listeners in their teens and twenties.

In particular, the digital single 'Lowkey,' first unveiled on the 26th of last month, ranked 14th on the YouTube Music Shorts daily chart and 22nd on the weekly chart, proving strong music competitiveness despite being prior to their official debut. This pop easy-listening track, which combines trap drums with 80s lo-fi synth sounds, features an emotional melody suited for early summer and continues to be widely used as background music (BGM) for short-form content.

Furthermore, the contrasting charm of LD characters rendered in high-quality 3D visuals with a hip street mood and the SD characters from the cute short-form animations is also capturing the attention of global fans.

In this regard, a LEVVELS official stated, "B THE HOOD will soon make its official debut, and diverse debut content combining trendy sensibility with advanced technology will be sequentially unveiled, so we ask for high anticipation for their future activities."
