Channel S and E Channel's co-produced variety show 'Going All the Way! Solo Burden Tour' depicted in its seventh episode the joining of new travel friend Yang Sang-guk and the 'solo burden' competition in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
In this episode, the 'Solo Burdenz' members — Kim Dae-hee, Kim Jun-ho, Jang Dong-min, Yoo Se-yoon, and Hong In-gyu — revisited Nha Trang, Vietnam, their first travel destination from Season 1, in three years and reflected on their original intentions. While relaxing at a beach pub, Yang Sang-guk made his appearance. When Kim Jun-ho joked, "This is your first time traveling abroad, right?" Yang Sang-guk brought up his travel experience in Chile and displayed confidence. However, the members raised suspicions that Yang Sang-guk's verification photos were doctored, drawing laughter.
In the first solo burden game, 'Deceiving the Travel Friend,' Yang Sang-guk participated and became the first solo burdener. Afterwards, the members visited a nem nuong restaurant recommended by Yang Sang-guk and shared old memories during the ride. Hong In-gyu recounted personally witnessing Yang Sang-guk fail the comedian exam due to dialect issues and a lack of language skills during his rookie days. Kim Jun-ho mentioned his wife Kim Ji-min, who was a trainee at the time, and Hong In-gyu brought up a past anecdote in which Kim Jun-ho had warned the trainees, "Don't date fellow comedians." In response, Kim Jun-ho apologized, saying, "If you're going to get married, it's okay to date," turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
After the meal, a 'cilantro leaf-picking' game determined the solo burdener for the meal cost, with Yang Sang-guk placing last and recording his second cumulative solo burden. The group then headed to the hopping tour location booked by Yoo Se-yoon to enjoy water activities, and a suggestion arose to assign the person with the most solo burdens a local penalty such as a haircut or a basket boat ride. A 2:2:2 team competition to determine the cost solo burdener resulted in Jang Dong-min placing last.
Returning to the accommodation, the members marveled at the large ocean-view lodging. The Red Team (Kim Dae-hee, Yoo Se-yoon, Yang Sang-guk) and the Blue Team (Kim Jun-ho, Jang Dong-min, Hong In-gyu) faced off in a bumper car survival game for the accommodation cost and room assignments, with the Blue Team suffering defeat. In the individual round, Kim Dae-hee finished in sixth place, burdened with both sleeping in the living room and footing the 660,000 won accommodation bill alone.
Yang Sang-guk showed his willingness to participate, stating, "I will also join in the penalty for the person with the most solo burdens." The broadcast also showed Yang Sang-guk knowingly eating shrimp shells peeled by Jang Dong-min. Episode 8 of 'Going All the Way! Solo Burden Tour' airs on the 25th at 9 p.m.
