Koo Ji-seung, a cast member of KBS2's older woman-younger man real romance variety show 'Noona Is a Woman to Me' Season 2, candidly opened up about the emotional journey she experienced amid a complex love triangle.

During the first impression selection, Koo Ji-seung and Lee Si-won, a 'handsome soccer coach' ten years her junior, chose each other, forming an early mutual attraction. However, she later sent her Love QR to Lee Jun-han and selected Yoo Jin-woo for an extended date, causing cracks in the love line. In the process, Lee Si-won grew closer to Choi Yoo-jin, the '37-year-old eldest noona,' completing the triangle.

Through the Pandora QR, Koo Ji-seung confirmed that she was Lee Si-won's top choice, but the tension heightened as Lee Si-won's heart gradually leaned toward Choi Yoo-jin.

In a written interview, Koo Ji-seung revealed the background behind her decision to appear on the show. She said she believed the premise of an older woman and a younger man was not simply about an age gap, but rather a story about timing and courage between people, adding that she wanted to experience a connection that would be difficult to encounter in everyday life. Regarding Lee Si-won, she said it was love at first sight, explaining that his way of speaking and demeanor gave a calmer and more upright impression compared to other younger men, naturally drawing her attention.

However, she acknowledged that her inability to settle her feelings easily caused frustration among the other cast members. Koo Ji-seung confessed that she tends to need time to be certain about her feelings, noting that she is the type who slowly gets to know someone while her affection grows, but the time spent in the younger man house felt shorter than expected. She added that by the time the process of getting to know someone and confirming her own feelings was nearing its end, a lot of time had already passed, expressing her regrets.

She emphasized that she tried not to act calculatingly in any of her choices. Koo Ji-seung stated that she made an effort to avoid being calculating, and rather than weighing the pros and cons of every situation, she tried to be as honest as possible with her feelings.

Finally, she asked viewers to focus not on the outcomes themselves, but on the reasons behind each choice and the emotions of those moments. She added that it would be much more enjoyable for viewers to keep in mind that a person's heart can continually change depending on circumstances and emotions.
