Hanol Biopharma announced in a regulatory filing on the 22nd that it has received a final award from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) ruling that the company's notice of termination regarding the 'Batoclimab (HL161)' Greater China license agreement signed with Harbour BioMed is invalid.

This award is the outcome of the 'ICC arbitration for the termination of the HL161 (Batoclimab) license agreement with Harbour BioMed in the China region,' which Hanol Biopharma disclosed on March 18 of last year. The ICC arbitral tribunal accepted Harbour BioMed's arguments and determined that Hanol Biopharma's notice of termination has no legal effect. Accordingly, the license agreement between the two companies remains in effect under the same existing terms and conditions.

The company explained that this ruling does not affect the ongoing regulatory approval and commercialization process for batoclimab's generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) indication in China, which is proceeding under the existing license agreement.

Meanwhile, the fact-verification date for this disclosure is July 21, 2026, when Hanol Biopharma received and finally confirmed the arbitral award from the ICC.
