Singer Wonho made his comeback on the 21st at 6 PM, releasing his new EP 'CORE' through various online music platforms.

This album contains a narrative of shedding the shell created to hide wounds and confronting one's essential self. Wonho personally participated in the writing, composing, and producing of all tracks, capturing his honest emotions and personal story. The album features a total of seven tracks, including the title track 'Don't Wake Me Up!', along with 'Answer', 'Can't Get Enough', 'Summer Blue', 'Down', 'Test Drive', and 'Promises (Feat. Brother Su)'.

Title Track Completed with Intense Sound and Performance The title track 'Don't Wake Me Up!' expresses the desire to linger in a dream rather than face reality through powerful sound and addictive beats. The performance featuring multiple dancers maximizes the scale and energy of the stage. The music video teaser released on the 17th heightened anticipation for the stage by showcasing a crowd surrounding a car, individuals holding picket signs, and dynamic performance scenes from Wonho and his dancers.

The Narrative of 'Core' Connected Through Three Concepts Wonho focused on connecting the album's concept, visuals, and sound into a single narrative flow. The concept photos visualize the journey of reaching the essential 'Core': 'Raw' represents a vulnerable and unadorned state, 'Shell' symbolizes the outer layer used to hide wounds, and 'Crack' signifies the moment that shell begins to fracture. Notably, the B-side track 'Summer Blue' holds special significance, as it was created with the inspiration of fans calling 3:01 — Wonho's birth time — 'Wonho City.'
