The group ILLIT has unveiled the music video teaser for the title track of their second Japanese single, 'I Got Your Back,' maximizing anticipation among global fans.

On the 20th, ILLIT pre-released the new music video teaser through the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel. In the video, the members exude bright energy wearing school uniforms, but the atmosphere takes a sudden turn when a twist scene appears showing a person's hand transforming into a monster in a classroom. The teaser concludes with the members looking startled by the monster's appearance, sparking intense curiosity about the full music video.

The teaser features an upbeat rock sound blending dynamic drums and bass. The addictive melody combined with ILLIT's signature refreshing vocals has captured fans' attention. A portion of the track previously released via social media had also drawn significant attention for its powerful melody.

The title track 'I Got Your Back' is a rock genre song that captures the warm feelings toward a friend who stays by one's side even amid the anxiety and pressure of daily life. Japanese singer-songwriter Yuika penned the lyrics, while Kanata Okajima participated in the composition, adding ILLIT's own emotional touch. Through this song, the group delivers a sincere message of comfort: 'You are not alone.'

Meanwhile, the full audio of 'I Got Your Back' will be released on the 26th, with the physical album officially dropping on the 29th.

Ahead of the album release, ILLIT will headline the finale of their 'ILLIT LIVE 'PRESS START♥︎' in JAPAN' tour at Tokyo Toyota Arena in Japan on the 23rd and from the 25th to the 26th. This Japanese tour traveled across five cities, recording full sellouts, and for some shows, even partially obstructed view seats and standing seats were additionally opened, proving the group's explosive popularity in the region.
