Fidelix announced on the 22nd that it has signed a memory semiconductor supply contract worth 6.6402 billion won with U.S.-based Semtech Corporation.

The contract amount of 6.6402 billion won is equivalent to USD 4.5 million, converted at the initial announced exchange rate (1 dollar = 1,475.60 won) as of July 22, 2026. This figure represents 12.3% of the company's standalone revenue for 2025 (53.61552 billion won).

The contracting party, Semtech Corporation of the United States, primarily engages in analog and mixed-signal semiconductors as well as Internet of Things (IoT) communication solutions. The products will be supplied to the United States and other overseas regions, with the contract period running from July 22, 2026, to September 11, 2026. However, the end date may be changed by mutual agreement between the two companies.

The contract terms include 100% advance payment and a non-cancellable condition. The contract (order) date is July 22, 2026, when the company received the Purchase Order from the counterparty. Fidelix, a fabless company, will carry out this supply through outsourced production, and the advance payment is expected to be received within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order.
