SK Enmove (475150) is showing a sharp upward trend, recovering the 60,000-won level on the 22nd despite extreme volatility that included the activation of a Volatility Intervention (VI) mechanism during trading hours.

As of 9:29 a.m. on the same day, SK Enmove is trading at 64,800 won, up 8,900 won (15.92%) from the previous trading day, recording a double-digit gain. As the intraday increase quickly expanded, the stock price swiftly reclaimed the 60,000-won level.

According to the Korea Exchange, a static VI was activated for SK Enmove at 9:24:22 a.m. and was lifted approximately two minutes later at 9:26:28 a.m. Even after the VI was lifted, buying pressure remained undeterred, sustaining the upward momentum.

The broader domestic stock market is also forming a bullish trend. At the same time, the KOSPI is surging, hovering above the 2,600 level. The impact of the U.S. stock market's upward close overnight, driven by strength in semiconductor stocks, is spreading to the domestic market, expanding risk appetite.

The market is closely watching whether SK Enmove can maintain its upward momentum after the VI activation and whether it can stabilize above the 60,000-won level. However, some analyses suggest that a cautious approach is needed, observing the trend through the afternoon session.
