According to the preliminary consolidated results for the second quarter of 2026 disclosed by Doosan Fuel Cell on the 24th, revenue declined significantly and the deficit widened.
■ Key Q2 Figures • Revenue: KRW 44.259 billion (down 65.5% year-on-year, down 69.4% quarter-on-quarter) • Operating Loss: KRW 50.914 billion
The operating loss for the same period last year was KRW 1.914 billion, and the immediately preceding quarter was KRW 2.891 billion. Doosan Fuel Cell's revenue in the previous quarter was KRW 144.847 billion.
Loss before income tax from continuing operations was KRW 58.518 billion, and net loss for the period was KRW 55.598 billion. The net loss attributable to owners of the parent company was also recorded at the same KRW 55.598 billion.
■ Cumulative First-Half Results • Revenue: KRW 189.106 billion (down 17.1% year-on-year) • Cumulative Operating Loss: KRW 52.205 billion • Cumulative Net Loss: KRW 68.786 billion
The company explained that these results are preliminary figures based on Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) consolidated basis, and may be subject to change as the external auditor's review has not yet been completed.
Meanwhile, on a separate (non-consolidated) basis, the second-quarter results showed revenue of KRW 44.274 billion, an operating loss of KRW 50.446 billion, and a net loss of KRW 54.922 billion.
