On the afternoon of the 24th, '2026 High1 Resort Asia Model Festival – Face of Korea Rising' was successfully held at the High1 Resort Convention Center in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do.

Kim Jae-hoon, selected as the honorary winner at this competition, shared a meaningful moment by taking commemorative photos with Kim Young-sam, advisor of the Korean Society of Costume, after the awards ceremony.

The winners who were named representatives at this competition will have the opportunity to compete as South Korean representatives at the international stage of 'FACE OF ASIA' in November, where representative models from 27 Asian countries will compete.

Meanwhile, the event was jointly hosted by the Asia Model Festival Organizing Committee (Chairman Yang Eui-sik, AMFOC) and the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (President Park Chang-sik, KOFICE). It was also held with the sponsorship of High1 Resort and the Korea Makeup Professional Exchange Association (President An Mi-ryeo).

The '2026 High1 Resort Asia Model Festival' is a global festival that brings together models, fashion, beauty, and cultural content from South Korea and other Asian countries. Through various programs such as Face of Korea, Face of Asia, Asia Open Collection, and Asia Model Awards, it is leading the development of the Asian modeling industry and the globalization of K-fashion and K-beauty.

In relation to this, the main event of the 21st High1 Resort Asia Model Festival is scheduled to be held from November 18 to 22 at the Gangwon Land High1 Resort Convention Center.
