The awards ceremony for the '2026 High1 Resort Asia Model Festival - Face of Korea Rising' was successfully held on the afternoon of the 24th at the High1 Resort Convention Center in Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do.

At this event, Kang Dong-hyun received the honor of the High1 Resort Water World Award. At the ceremony venue, Kang Dong-hyun, who won the High1 Resort Water World Award, posed for commemorative photos with Moon Chang-hoon, head of the Overseas Marketing Team at Gangwon Land, sharing a meaningful photo session.

The winners selected as representatives through this competition are granted the qualification to participate as South Korean representatives in the 'FACE OF ASIA,' an international stage featuring representative models from 27 Asian countries, scheduled for November.

Meanwhile, this event was jointly hosted by the Asia Model Festival Organizing Committee (Chairman Yang Ui-sik, AMFOC) and the Korea International Cultural Exchange Agency (President Park Chang-sik, KOFICE), and was sponsored by High1 Resort and the Korea Makeup Professional Vocational Exchange Association (Chairman Ahn Mi-ryeo).

The '2026 High1 Resort Asia Model Festival' is a global festival where models, fashion, beauty, and cultural content from South Korea and across Asia come together. Through diverse programs such as Face of Korea, Face of Asia, Asia Open Collection, and Asia Model Awards, it is leading the development of the Asian modeling industry and the globalization of K-fashion and K-beauty.

The main event of the 21st High1 Resort Asia Model Festival is scheduled to be held from November 18 to 22 at the Gangwon Land High1 Resort Convention Center.
