Hyundai Movex (319400) surged over 20% in early trading on the 27th, triggering the Volatility Interruption (VI) mechanism twice. As buying interest flowed into robot-related themes, Rainbow Robotics, Hubin Robot, and other related stocks also gained ground in tandem.

According to the Korea Exchange (KRX), Hyundai Movex's first static VI was triggered at 9:22:54 a.m. on this day and was lifted at 9:25:05 a.m. As the upward momentum continued, a second static VI was triggered at 10:01:25 a.m. and lifted at 10:03:28 a.m.

As of 10:05 a.m. on the 27th, Hyundai Movex is trading at 23,750 won, up 4,530 won (23.57%) from the previous trading day. With buying concentrated from the opening of the session, the stock is showing strong performance, approaching the mid-20,000 won range.

The market is paying close attention to the trend of buying interest spreading to robot-related stocks alongside Hyundai Movex's sharp rise. At this time, Rainbow Robotics, Hubin Robot, and others are also rising in tandem.

However, as the likelihood of increased volatility due to the short-term surge remains high, trading volume and supply-demand changes following the lifting of the VI are cited as key variables that will determine the stock's future direction.
