[Q2 and Quarterly Performance Overview]

Doosan Enerbility disclosed its provisional consolidated operating results for the second quarter of 2026 on the 27th. Revenue for the quarter was KRW 4.7248 trillion and operating income was KRW 314.3 billion, representing year-over-year increases of 3% and 16%, respectively.

The growth trend is also evident compared to the immediately preceding quarter (Q1 2026). Operating income rose 35% and revenue increased 11%.

[Profitability and Net Income Status]

Profitability metrics also improved significantly. Profit from continuing operations before income tax in Q2 was KRW 347.9 billion, up 12% year-over-year and 191% quarter-over-quarter.

Net income for the period reached KRW 226.4 billion, an increase of 14% year-over-year and 276% quarter-over-quarter. Net income attributable to controlling interests was KRW 157.6 billion, a 20% rise compared to the same period last year, and a dramatic 20,694% surge on a disclosed basis versus the prior quarter (KRW 0.8 billion).

[First-Half Cumulative Performance]

On a cumulative first-half basis, the company achieved revenue of KRW 8.9859 trillion and operating income of KRW 547.8 billion. Compared to the same period last year, revenue grew 8% and operating income increased 32%.

Cumulative net income for the period was KRW 286.6 billion, up 62%, while cumulative net income attributable to controlling interests stood at KRW 158.4 billion, a 155% increase year-over-year.

[Performance Reporting Standards and Disclosures]

Doosan Enerbility stated that these results are provisional figures based on consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS). The company added that the figures have not yet been subject to external audit and may be partially revised based on the final audit results.
