In early trading on the 27th, shares of Selvas AI and Selvas Healthcare surged simultaneously, triggering successive Volatility Interruptions (VI).

As of the morning, Selvas AI was trading at 8,220 won, up 20.00% from the previous session, showing a strong rally near the upper limit. Selvas Healthcare also gained 7.75%, trading at 2,640 won and recording a concurrent upward trend.

Due to the sharp price movements, static VI was applied to both stocks in early trading, according to the Korea Exchange (KRX). Selvas AI had a static VI triggered at 9:00:01 a.m., followed by another at 9:09:21 a.m., resulting in two VI applications. The first VI was lifted at 9:02:07 a.m., and the second at 9:11:33 a.m.

Selvas Healthcare also had a static VI triggered at 9:08:52 a.m., which was lifted at 9:11:10 a.m.

Going forward, attention will need to be paid to the trading volume and supply-demand dynamics of both stocks even after the VI lifts.
