StradVision announced on the 28th through a regulatory filing that it has signed a contract worth KRW 1,943,929,483 to supply front camera recognition solutions for vehicles with Aptiv, an automotive software solutions company.

The products under this contract will be supplied to the Indian market, with the contract period running from July 27, 2026 to November 3, 2026. The company explained that the contract end date was calculated based on 90 days after the delivery date. Payments will be made within 90 days of the invoice date, with no down payment or advance payment, and production will be carried out through in-house manufacturing.

This contract amount represents a significant scale, equivalent to 10.7% of the company's consolidated revenue (KRW 18,109,229,713) in the audited financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year. Regarding the basis for the calculation, the company added that the amount was converted from USD 1,325,737.9 using the Seoul foreign exchange brokerage exchange rate (1 USD = KRW 1,466.3) as of July 27, 2026.

Meanwhile, Aptiv is a shareholder of StradVision, and the two companies have a track record of successfully executing similar contracts over the past three years.
