The KOSDAQ Market Headquarters has made a final decision to delist Daejin Advanced Materials from the KOSDAQ.

Previously, the Corporate Review Committee decided on the delisting on June 10, 2026, and the company filed an objection on July 1 of the same year. However, the KOSDAQ Market Committee effectively put an end to the matter by voting to delist the company without accepting the objection at its meeting on July 29.

The reason for the delisting was based on the conclusion that the company meets the delisting criteria, taking into comprehensive consideration factors such as corporate continuity and management transparency.

Liquidation trading for Daejin Advanced Materials common shares will take place from July 31 to August 10, 2026, and the listing will be officially cancelled on August 11. The number of issued shares is 17,850,820, with a par value of 500 won.

There are no price limits during the liquidation trading period. Trading will be conducted using a single-price auction method in 30-minute intervals from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and after-hours trading is also possible upon execution.

The exchange announced that it will lift the trading suspension on the shares effective July 31 to commence liquidation trading.
