Hanwha Ocean (042660) sharply declined during the regular trading session on the 29th, losing the 80,000-won level. As the broader domestic stock market was shaken by a sharp sell-off, shrinking investor sentiment dealt a direct blow to Hanwha Ocean's share price.

On this day, Hanwha Ocean closed at 74,600 won, down 6,400 won (7.90%) from the previous trading day. With the closing price falling below 80,000 won, the stock re-entered the "70,000 Ocean" range.

On the same day, the domestic stock market also plunged. KOSPI fell by 360.42 points (5.98%) to 5,663.24, and KOSDAQ also dropped 43.17 points (6.11%) to 662.68, significantly dampening investor sentiment. Selling pressure spread centering on the semiconductor sector, causing most large-cap stocks to decline in tandem.

Hanwha Ocean also widened its losses in line with the broader market's risk-off sentiment. The stock failed to avoid the impact of shrinking investor sentiment amid a market environment of heightened volatility.

Market attention is now focused on whether Hanwha Ocean can defend the 70,000-won level.
