Hanwha Solutions' shareholder-allocated paid-in capital increase public offering has successfully concluded after fierce subscription competition. Buoyed by this positive news, Hanwha Solutions' stock price surged more than 6% in early trading.

As of 9:55 a.m. on the 29th, Hanwha Solutions shares are trading at 25,550 won, up 1,600 won (6.68%) from the previous day.

In a regulatory filing, Hanwha Solutions announced that the overall subscription rate for the paid-in capital increase public offering, targeting 53 million registered common shares, reached 126.88%. The public offering subscription took place over two days from July 27 to 28, 2026.

The detailed subscription results are as follows:

  • Public Offering Subscription: Following subscriptions by the employee stock ownership association and existing shareholders, the public offering for the remaining 51,792 unsubscribed shares received a total of 12,826,975 shares, recording an overwhelming competition rate of 24,766.32%.
  • Employee Stock Ownership and Existing Shareholder Subscription: The employee stock ownership association subscribed to 9,839,590 shares, and existing shareholders holding stock acquisition warrants applied for 38,430,497 shares. With an additional 6,148,454 oversubscribed shares, the total reached 54,418,541 shares. The resulting subscription rate was 102.68%, and the oversubscription allocation rate was tallied at 76.92849291%.
  • Overall Subscription Results: The total number of subscribed shares, including the public offering subscriptions, amounted to 67,245,516 shares, achieving a final subscription rate of 126.88%.

Meanwhile, the company plans to complete the share payment and refund process on July 30 and list (circulate) the new shares on August 11.
