Mirae Industry announced in a regulatory filing on the 29th that it has signed a supply contract for semiconductor inspection equipment with its Chinese client, YILING TRADING.

The contract amount is KRW 10,523,650,500, which represents 20.72% of the company's consolidated revenue (KRW 50,777,866,585) in 2025. This contract consists of a total of three agreements, and the disclosed end date was based on the latest delivery date.

Individual delivery dates are October 15, 2026, December 10, 2026, and April 10, 2027. The contract period is set from July 29, 2026, to April 10, 2027.

Payment terms call for 70% before shipment and 30% after final approval, with no deposit or advance payment. The total amount is USD 7,177,500, converted using the exchange rate of July 29, 2026 (1 USD = KRW 1,466.20). Value-added tax is not included.

The company stated that the contract date refers to the day it received the purchase order via email from the client, and that the contract amount and period may be subject to change through future negotiations.
