Mirae Industry has signed a semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract worth approximately 4 billion KRW with SK Hynix.

Mirae Industry announced through a single sales and supply contract disclosure that it has entered into a semiconductor inspection equipment supply agreement with SK Hynix.

The total contract amount is 3.957 billion KRW. This figure represents 7.79% of the company's consolidated revenue for 2025 (50.77787 billion KRW), with the supply region being South Korea.

Regarding the contract schedule, the contract (order) date is July 30, 2026. The contract period for full-scale supply is scheduled to run from July 30 to September 30 of the same year.

Payment will proceed without any advance payment. Under the terms, 90% of the contract amount will be paid first upon completion of delivery, with the remaining 10% to be received after final inspection is completed.

The company explained that the contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT). It also added that the contract amount and period may be subject to change based on future consultations with the client.
