Padu has signed an SSD supply contract worth well over half of last year's consolidated revenue with Macnica Galaxy Inc., a Taiwanese semiconductor and comprehensive solutions company.

According to a single sales and supply contract disclosure, the total value of this contract is 49,551,750,000 KRW, representing a major order equivalent to 53.62% of Padu's consolidated revenue (92,419,330,000 KRW) from last year. The contract amount was set at 33,796,040 USD, calculated using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage median rate (1 USD = 1,466.20 KRW) as of July 29, 2026. The sales and supply region is Taiwan.

Notably, this contract was signed with conditions for the payment of a down payment and advance payment. Padu plans to receive 23,657,228 USD, which accounts for 70% of the contract amount, within September of this year, and the remaining balance will be paid within 30 days of the product shipment date. Padu stated that it has a track record of successfully executing contracts of the same type with this counterparty within the past three years.

The main contract period runs from July 29, 2026, to December 30, 2026. However, the contract start date and execution date are based on the date of receipt of the Purchase Order (P/O), and the contract end date may be changed through consultation with the customer based on the date of receipt of the product payment.

Meanwhile, the company stated, "There is no exemption clause for the counterparty's breach of contract under the agreement, and it stipulates that the company may claim damages from the counterparty in the event of a contract violation."
